You are getting close to completing a very intensive full-time English program. For this post I would like you to think back to when you first started your classes, up until now. How have you improved? What do you still need to work harder on? What are you going to do in the future to continue to improve your English skills?

Post # 5 - Canada Day

Canada Day is being celebrated next weekend. Please research activities that are taking place around Calgary, and write a paragraph about why Canadians celebrate Canada Day and what you plan on doing on that day.

Post # 4 - Trying New Food

For some people, traveling or visiting new places can be difficult because of the change in food and diet. Most people enjoy discovering new foods when traveling and visiting new places. In one paragraph, describe a new food experience you have had since you have been in Canada. Where were you? What was the food, and how was it prepared? How did you choose this food? What was special about it? Would you recommend this food to others?

Post # 3 - Transportation Etiquette

Think about a city you know well. What kind of etiquette does it have on its public transportation (subway, buses, train, taxi - choose one)?
